Scope & sequence
What you get,
and how it runs.
-
01 — Brief
The car and the constraints
Send the exact vehicle, the race or event programme, the sponsor list, brand guidelines and the deadline. We agree the scope, the vehicle template and the production requirements before design starts.
-
02 — Livery design
Drawn on your bodywork
Vehicle-specific graphics shaped around the panels, your visual direction and the sponsor hierarchy. Placement rules come before artwork, so nothing has to be redrawn once the logos land.
-
03 — 3D visualization
Seen before it is printed
Review the livery across the whole vehicle while it can still change. Every project in the archive above was approved this way.
-
04 — Production files
Handed to your wrapper
Print-ready artwork at 1:1 with assembly instructions for the installer. Tell us who prints and fits it and the handover matches their requirements.
Before you brief us
Project questions.
What should our team send?
The exact vehicle model, race or event programme, deadline, sponsor logos, brand guidelines and any available template files. Include the number of cars and any differences between them.
Can you work with our current branding?
Yes. Sponsor hierarchy and vehicle-specific placement are part of the design brief. Supply approved logos and the rules your team needs the artwork to follow.
What about a multi-car programme?
Share the models, number of cars, sponsor variations and event dates. We will review that scope and agree a schedule rather than assume every car uses the same artwork.
Do you handle printing and installation?
This service covers design and preparation of the artwork. Tell us who will print and install it so the handover matches their production requirements.
Can we work internationally?
Yes. Yagodesign works remotely with teams, wrap shops and installers worldwide, with digital reviews and delivery.
